How to use:

1. The package is opened first.
2. Then take the pad out of the package.
3. After that the pad should be shaken in order to make the product active.
4. Take the warmer and place it where needed (the warmer keeps heat for about 15 hours).

• It can’t be applied straight to skin.
• Take away warmer without delay if you undergo any kind of discomfort.
• This product can be used only externally.
• Keep the warmer away from a mouth or eyes.
• Be attentive and keep the warmer out from children.
