INTERPRETATION OF THE TEST

1. A color band will become visible at the left section of the result window to illustrate that the test is working properly as the test kit starts working. This band is the Control Band.
Note: the color of the Test band is much fainter comparing to the color of the Test band of other drugs of abuse tests thanks to the chemical nature of the THC. As a result, it is best to read a test under satisfactory amount of lighting.

2. The right section of the result window points out the test results. This band is the Test Band if another color band becomes visible at the right section of the result window.

NEGATIVE: TWO COLOR BANDS
The appearance of two color bands in the result window points out a negative test result. No THC higher than the cut-off level has been noticed. It’s possible that the color of the Test band may be lighter or darker than that of the Control Band.

POSITIVE: ONE COLOR BAND The appearance of only one color band in the result window shows the result is positive, that is the sample includes THC at a concentration higher than the cut-off level.

INVALID: A distinct color band should always become visible in the left section of the result window. If no color band forms in the left section of the result window the test is invalid.

Note. A very faint band in the right section of the result window, able to be seen in 5 minutes, shows that the quantity of THC in the example is near or below the cut-off level of the test. The urine sample should be retested, or proved with a more specific alternative method for instance gas chromatography/mass spectrometry, previous to a positive determination is made.
