DETOXIFICATION - Should we detox to remove toxins?
Detoxification is becoming increasingly popular today. The fact is that at present our organization accumulates a lot of toxins in our modern world, more than it can naturally detoxify (liver, kidneys and lungs).
We know that toxic chemicals such as pesticides, chlorine, bleach, ammonia and carbon monoxide are accumulated in body with time and may be reasons of different diseases.
It is important at first to change the diet to avoid constipation and other things which intoxicate the body.
We are supposed to have at least two bowel movements a day but when we detoxify the body at least three stools are needed.
Liver is a main organ which cleanses toxins in our bodies. It converts the chemicals into water-soluble molecules that are then released through urine and feces. If elimination is not done properly the toxins remain longer in the body.
Note that your environment has a significant impact on your health.
The quality of the air you breathe, what you ingest and put on your skin influence on you greatly. Mercury alone can cause lots of different diseases.
And only cleansing your body can help you to avoid the worst.
What is the best way to remove toxins?
Here are the steps to follow:
- Healthy living
- Avoiding electromagnetic fields
- Drinking plenty of pure water
- Having a healthy food, organic and living
- A minimum of daily exercise
- Managing stress and emotions
- Cleansing the organs (intestines, kidneys and liver ...)
- Supplementing the body
- Care and tools detoxification
It is important to follow the order in this list for best benefits of your treatments.
Regarding food:
· Eat natural foods, organic, unprocessed and contain no added sugar.
· Eat foods that grow in your area and therefore seasonal foods.
· Eat sprouts and lacto-fermented foods.
· Eat at least one third raw food per day.
· Watch your consumption of good fats is usually insufficient (omega 3 and reduce omega 6).
· Take good oils for this (olive, flax, walnut, poppy seed, sesame, pumpkin, flax for the best ...).
Furthermore, it is important to understand that if you are deficient in essential minerals, the body will use toxic metals in lieu thereof:
· Calcium is replaced by lead, which will first be deposited on the bone and will prevent the formation of blood cells. Lead among other things contributes to osteopenia and osteoporosis.
· Zinc is replaced by cadmium, which accumulates in the kidneys. It is associated with high rates of peripheral neuropathy.
· Magnesium is replaced by aluminum which creates a neurochemical change and has been identified as a cause of Alzheimer's disease.
· Manganese is replaced by nickel which is carcinogenic.
This is why you must have sufficient levels of minerals in order to detoxify.
