In Aaron Douglas' body found lethal combination of drugs
As you know, Alabama football player Aaron Douglas suddenly died in May. The offensive lineman was found dead on the balcony in the morning in the northern Florida town of Fernandina Beach, the USA. A Florida medical examiner said that in Douglas' blood there was such lethal combination of drugs as methadone, diazepam, and carisoprodol. This very dangerous mixture of drugs was found in football player’s blood after a night of partying.
Actually, diazepam or so called Valium is used to treat nervousness and alcohol withdrawals. Such drug as Methadone is usually used to relieve pain and to decrease abandonment from narcotics. Next drug carisoprodol relaxes muscles and usually used to cure neck spasms.
And as a result, James Hurley, Fernandina Beach police chief, said that a supposed reason of Douglas’s death is mentioned above drugs.
They say Douglas came to the party at about 11 p.m. on May 11 and last time somebody saw him at 2 a.m.
In 2009 Douglas played one season at Tennessee and then he came to Alabama. Then he came to Arizona Western, a community college in Mesa, Ariz. Frankly speaking, Douglas played none game for Alabama, nevertheless he took part in spring practices and April’s A-Day Game. He participated for the starting job at left tackle; nonetheless nobody was named a winner after the spring.
